Clodagh
Clinical Lead & Founder
Hello, my name is Clodagh and I am the founder of Be You Therapy Solutions.
With extensive experience working across a range of mental health settings, I have supported individuals with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. I am a qualified therapist and have worked within both private practice and other professional settings, offering a safe and supportive space for people to explore their experiences.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centred, while also integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other integrative approaches. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
I have experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and understand the importance of tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. I aim to create a non-judgemental and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I value time for reflection and wellbeing, and I bring this ethos into my practice by encouraging balance, self-awareness, and self-compassion.

Within my career I have worked both on a one-to-one basis with clients and also at supervisory and managerial levels.
